Property Management Services
Grass cutting, garden and pool maintenance – from 19 euros per hour
Gite Turnaround – from 19 euros per hour
Exterior checking service – from 20 euros per visit
Each month (or at an agreed frequency) we will visit your property and check the exterior for any signs of damage or forced entry. We will also check, where possible, gutters and drains for signs of blockage. If there are any signs of forced entry or severe damage, we will contact you immediately, otherwise we will e-mail or post a report to you. We will automatically visit your property after severe weather conditions free of charge. Fees are payable monthly in advance.
Interior and exterior checking service – from 25 euros per visit
Each month (or at an agreed frequency) we will visit your property and check the exterior for any signs of damage or forced entry. We will also check, where possible, gutters and drains for signs of damage.
In addition, we will enter your property and check the interior for signs of damage, leaks and pest infestation. If there are any signs of forced entry or severe damage we will contact you immediately, otherwise we will e-mail or send out a report by post. We will automatically visit your property after severe weather conditions free of charge. Fees are payable monthly in advance.

Project management
If you need someone to manage tradespeople in your absence,oversee work on your property and provide regular updates by email or phone, we can arrange this for you.
We also have an extensive address book of local tradespeople whose work we know and trust. Whether you need a plumber, electrician, painter and decorator, builder, chimney sweep or satellite TV specialist, we can put you in touch with the right person for the job. We can also arrange for you to be registered with utility companies, find you a notaire, mortgage provider, currency broker or insurance provider. Please ask us for more details of these services.
